Which countries does Focused Space™ ship to?
Focused Space™ ships throughout the United States and *Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship elsewhere.
Please note that all orders shipped to Canada are subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your Canadian address.
Can I add/remove/change items in an existing order?
No, once an order has been placed we are unable to add/remove/change items in an existing order.
If you have any concerns about an existing order, please fill out our contact form and provide your customer PO# for reference.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
You may be able to cancel your order once it has been placed. However, the sooner you contact us about your cancellation, the better.

When will my order ship?
At this time, we can only offer Ground Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within *5 business days. Orders take a full business day to process in our system. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays which include the following:
Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving.

Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
For orders placed after 5pm EST, Ground Services will be shipped out the next available business day.
Orders shipping via ground have an estimate delivery time of 3-5 business days.
